Southern Border Asian/Asian-American/Pacific Islander Dance

The Cambodian Dancers of San Diego (CDSD) is San Diego’s only Cambodian cultural performance organization.  In 2002, support from ACTA’s Traditional Arts Development Program was used to hire Cambodian traditional dance masters as consultants for an intensive period to teach CDSD’s dance instructor new repertoire in Cambodian traditional dance.  The new dances were performed at CDSD’s Khmer Culture Show on Cambodian New Year in April 2003.
