The Way Ministries
African American arts and culture
Established in 1989, The Way Ministries is a faith-based organization in southwest Fresno whose varied activities include teaching African American culture to children of all ethnic backgrounds. Their Saturday School program focus in teaching Nigerian Igbo language, dances, and music to youth.
As an awardee of ACTA’s Traditional Arts Sustainability Grants in 2010, The Way Ministries received core operating support and capacity building training.
