United Cambodian Community (UCC)The United Cambodian Community, Inc. is a multi-cultural, nonprofit, community-based organization with a history of serving Cambodian refugees in Long Beach. UCC has supported cultural programs for more than twenty years, and after 1993, when it established the Arts of Apsara Gallery & Cultural Center, the growth has been significant with many programs in performance arts including dance and music. UCC now needs to reassess its goals and objectives and develop strategies for achieving them. The Arts of Apsara will hire a consultant from the Center for Nonprofit Management who will work with the program director, the Executive director and the development manager to facilitate the development of a strategic plan. The consultancy will take place over two months from February to the end of March. Contact information:Sara Pol-Lim
