Online Training Course for Grantseekers

The Foundation Center offers several online training courses in proposal writing for both individuals and nonprofit organizations:

• Grantseeking Basics for Individuals is designed for individuals not affiliated with nonprofit organizations, such as artists and researchers.

• Grantseeking Basics for Nonprofit Organizations is designed for anyone in the nonprofit sector.

• Proposal Writing: The Comprehensive Course is designed for anyone who wants to write a complete proposal to grantmakers.

The courses include interactive exercises and assignments, case studies, a final exam, and a printable certificate of completion.  Lessons can be taken at any pace, and can be reviewed often.  For more information visit the Foundation Center's website.

The Foundation Center also offers a series of in-person training courses in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
